This website is operated by author and screenwriter Saša Slavić in Croatia. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy & Cookies notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or create an account.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes and to participate constructively in available community features. You must not:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- post threats, harassment, hate, unlawful material, malicious code, spam, deceptive promotions, or content that exposes another person’s private information;
- attempt to bypass security, disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, probe systems without permission, or access another person’s account; or
- copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit site materials except with written permission or where applicable law permits it.
Accounts and security
Forum account information must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. One person may not use accounts to manipulate discussions, rankings, promotions, or signup order.
Copyright and official materials
Unless otherwise stated, the stories, screenplays, characters, artwork, music, audio, video, branding, website text, and other official materials on this site are owned by Saša Slavić or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Viewing the site does not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond the limited right to access it under these terms.
Your contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the forums or other community areas. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it complies with these terms.
By submitting content, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote, and improve the site and its community features. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup retention, legal obligations, and copies already shared by other users. Do not submit confidential material or unsolicited story, character, screenplay, or other creative ideas you expect to remain private.
Moderation, removal, and reporting
We may review, hide, edit for formatting, lock, or remove user content, and may restrict community features, when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the site, respond to legal obligations, or maintain a constructive community. We are not required to monitor every submission and do not endorse user content.
To report unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or abusive material, email sashaslavic@dangerallinone.com with the page address, a clear description, and information reasonably sufficient to evaluate the report. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access or an account for a material or repeated breach of these terms, security risk, unlawful conduct, abuse of the service, or where required by law. Where appropriate, we may give notice or an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the site at any time and may request account deletion through the contact address below.
Age and general audience
The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can consent to these terms in your country, use the site only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us about a minor’s information or account.
Availability and disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, complete, current, or error-free. Book, screenplay, production, release, availability, promotion, and “coming soon” information may change. Nothing on the site is professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. We do not control or guarantee external content, availability, security, pricing, fulfilment, or policies. Purchases made through a third party are contracts with that third party unless expressly stated otherwise.
